The Superlight Production System (SPS) is Superlight’s proprietary, AI-defined manufacturing architecture designed from the ground up alongside OV-1.

Traditional commercial vehicle manufacturing is defined by massive capital expenditures and heavy tooling. SPS “Superlights” OV-1 production by eliminating heavy equipment and processes in favour of modular aerospace-inspired assembly:

By stripping out these heavy industrial processes, a complete SPS facility costs a fraction of outfitting a typical truck plant - a savings that is passed on in the price of OV-1.
